This coffee is a collaboration Sewell and the Gong. Sewell and the Gong is a musical project lead by Matt Sewell - Visual artist/ illustrator & author. Spotter & jotter of birds and the Deep Cut compiler of A Crushing Glow comps. In collaboration with multi-instrumentalist and fellow astral-travellor Chris Tate.

This coffee is a low caffeine experimental blend - perfect for easy focus and deep listening.

This coffee was grown by Jairo Arcila at the farm Buenos Aires. This coffee was carefully hand-picked in order to select only the ripest cherries and then hand sorted to remove any defects. The coffee was sundried on raised beds in temperature-controlled conditions until the ideal moisture content is achieved.
This decaffeination process is unique. The caffeine is extracted from the bean using sugar cane ethyl acetate (EA) and water which enhances sweetness while maintaining coffee attributes.
We celebrated the release of Sewell & The Gong - Patron Saint Of Elsewhere with DJs Matt Sewell and Chris Coco. Starting with a Q+A, we had the opportunity to listen to the record, whilst sipping on brews, beers and wines.
