Grown in the highlands of Chontalí, Peru, this washed-process Geisha coffee comes from the Quispe family, who farm at elevations between 1,897 and 2,050 meters. Led by Roger Quispe, the family is dedicated to producing exceptional coffee while prioritizing sustainability and land stewardship.
Each cherry is carefully handpicked at peak ripeness before undergoing the washed process—pulped, fermented for up to 36 hours, and slowly dried on raised beds or in solar dryers. The result is a coffee with a creamy body, bright acidity, and a beautifully complex aroma.
With generations of experience and a commitment to constant improvement, the Quispe family has built a reputation for some of the finest Geisha coffee in the region.
